At the completion of the Performance Health Assessment, your coordinator will spend time with your physician and coach to develop a personalized plan based on your needs and goals.

They then review all of these elements - from product selection, shipping, follow-up blood tests, 1:1 physician appointments, in-office visits and more.

Nearly all customers who complete a Performance Health Assessment engage in an ongoing Cenegenics program. Typically, all products are received within 48 hours and the first follow-up blood draw is scheduled within 8 weeks followed by a 1:1 with your physician.

While not mandatory, we aim to have our patients schedule their follow-up office visit to repeat tests like their DEXA scan and Brain EEG to begin tracking progress which we continue throughout their membership.
